Azodicarbonamide (AC/ ADCA)
Di azo carbonamide or AC7000 is used as a foaming agent in the production of rubber sponges and also plastic products such as EVA and PVC.

Introduction of AC7000:

Azodicarbonamide is the most well-known chemical compound as a blowing agent, which exists in a powdery form ranging from light orange to yellow in color.

If burned, the smoke produced is colorless, odorless, and non-toxic. The particle size and distribution of this product can be controlled according to customer requirements (4.8 – 5.8 µm).

AC7000 Applications:

These substances are among the blowing agents used for rubber sponges and plastics such as polyethylene (PE), PVC, and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA).
